Ce n'est pas une rumeur, c'est de la spéculation.  Si les Kings le veulent tant que ça, je verrais un échange de Mete contre un gars AHL ailier droit ou défenseur droit (genre Fagemo ou Spence).  S'il faut rajouter quelque chose du côté de Montréal, pas de problème.

J'ai lu à quelque part une proposition d'échange impliquant Mete contre Mike Amadio.

Je n'ai pas regardé les salaires, mais Amadio est un centre bottom 6 droitier pouvant jouer à l'aile au besoin. Mais surtout, il est très bon au cercle des mises en jeu avec 53 % d'efficacité.

Il sera RFA cet été et ne devrait pas coûter les yeux de la tête. Honnêtement, j'y songerais.

Tu m'étonnes que DeAngelo a refusé, avec la réputation qu"il s'est fait, et avec la situation actuelle au niveau du cap, son prochain contrat risque d'être très très à la baisse et pas très long, dans ses conditions je le vois mal cracher sur l'argent du rachat de son contrat.

"The Canadiens decided they wanted to give DeAngelo a look but they didn't want to pick up the $5M for next year, right? So what was gonna have to happen was DeAngelo and the Rangers were gonna have to agree to a termination and then the Canadiens were gonna sign him to a contract for next year. Now I don't know the exact number, but basically from what I heard, it was gonna make DeAngelo whole. Because DeAngelo's under 26. He's only getting bought out for 1/3 next year, not 2/3."

"So by not excepting the termination, he saves just under $3M. I think Montreal was going to make him pretty close to whole. That's what I understood. Between next year and this year, he was gunna be close to whole. However he (Tony) decided not to do it and he'll take the buyout. He turned down the Canadiens. What I think is that he believes there's gonna be other opportunities for him and maybe there's something that he thinks is better, but he does seem to believe there's gonna be opportunities for him.
